Customer Review:
I had never heard of bromelain tablets before, my doctor suggested these for a natural healing supplement post surgery. He suggested that for assisting in lessening, bruising, healthy digestion, subtle joints, or muscle pain, and to get your digestion going. They are chewable, taste, fine, easy to chew. And I honestly think this is why I have little to no bruising after my surgery, which is so incredible. Highly recommend, and I will always keep these on hand. Savannah Block

Customer Review:
I’ve only been taking this for 7 days, so I don’t expect to see any MASSIVE results anytime soon. BUT, these are definitely working because I cut my nails to the nubs and they grew back to how long they were in 2-3 days. And my beard is growing a little faster.. My hair normally grows fast, but I shaved my beard about a month ago and it’s been growing pretty slow, but since I took this, it’s been growing noticeably faster. Denzel Parks

Customer Review:
I’m a 48 year old woman who was really panicking when my already thin, fine hair starting thinning out! As you can see from the photo you could see my scalp and no matter how much product I put in my hair it just didn’t help, I was balding! I was desperate so I decided to try these supplements. Not going to lie, I almost gave up after not noticing any improvements in first couple of months (I took 4 per day as directed). But alas at month 4 I’m noticing my scalp filling in and while my hair is still thin, I can put a little product in to create volume. Hallelujah! It’s worth it to me! I will continue to take these! PS I should also note that I take collagen powder daily as well so that could also contribute to the new growth. C. mann

Customer Review:
I opened it month after I got it and started taking 1 vs 2 tablets. 2 is what it say on their but it’s just too big to swallow for me. First few times nothing happened. Felt fine than all of a sudden I started getting leg cramps. I drink ton of water when I take any pills so this wasn’t due to lack of water or anything. So I stopped for a bit and never had cramps or anything. I thought something else and have it chance again. Same thing Sabin, I got leg cramps that night and day after. So now I stopped all together and never had cramps. I never got cramps before pills so this is definitely these pills. I’m hoping it’s me alone. It’s too late to get refund as it’s for one month only so I’ll have to keep the used but I sure won’t be using it ever again. I love their blood builder though.. Dorothy

Customer Review:
Even though they are sugar free, the taste is surprisingly decent. The texture is chewy like a Swedish fish candy. I’ve taken these for about 2 weeks and before that I took a similar supplement that was in pill form. This is much more pleasant to take and easier because I can take them both in the morning instead of morning and night like the other. My nails are always chipping because of using so much sanitizer and so far that hasn’t changed. My curly hair is a little too crazy to really tell if that has changed, but my skin does seem to be slowly improving. I enjoy taking the supplement and I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the long run. diana gardner

Customer Review:
I love this product. Definitely improved the quality of my skin. I’m 33, and my smile lines distress me. After a month of putting this in my matcha latte—they were significantly reduced. My only concern is all these reviews about traces of arsenic in it… though after doing some research it seems that traces of arsenic are in all rice. I stopped taking it because of the reviews and tried the moon juice pearl powder instead, but did not achieve the same results. Going to take my chances with this again. Megan L.

Customer Review:
I think one of my capsules must have broken open in the bottle as the whole bottle is coated in what looks/smells like curcumin. Each capsule is coated in this dust. The capsule size is average and I’m able to swallow it down. So far it seems to be working okay but nothing that is a game changer or remarkable for James W.

There are different vitamins and minerals that have a significant impact on various parts of the body. When it comes to skin, nail, and hair health, one of the most impactful nutrients is vitamin C. One of the ways in which vitamin C is essential for the body is with collagen production, so a lack of enough vitamin C in the diet can lead to decreased collagen production, resulting in things like less skin elasticity (more wrinkles), brittle nails, and slowed hair growth. – Dr. Jerry Friedman, North Jersey Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Vitamin E acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting the skin from damage caused by free radicals. It also supports skin hydration and overall health, contributing to healthy hair and nails. While supplements play a crucial role in enhancing beauty, it’s important to adopt a holistic approach. A healthy lifestyle and diet are equally essential. Remember to:
Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated is crucial for maintaining healthy hair, nails, and skin. Adequate hydration is essential for the overall functioning of your body and plays a significant role in promoting optimal beauty and wellness. Here’s an elaboration on the importance of staying hydrated:
Skin Health: Hydration is essential for maintaining skin moisture and elasticity. When your body is properly hydrated, it helps to nourish the skin cells, improving their overall appearance. Well-hydrated skin tends to appear plumper, more supple, and radiant. On the other hand, dehydration can lead to dryness, flakiness, and an increased risk of skin issues such as fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness. Drinking enough water throughout the day helps to keep your skin hydrated from within, contributing to a healthy and glowing complexion.
Hair Health: Proper hydration is essential for maintaining the health and vitality of your hair. Dehydration can lead to dry and brittle hair, making it prone to breakage and split ends. When your body is well-hydrated, it ensures that the hair follicles receive sufficient moisture, promoting stronger and more resilient hair strands. Additionally, hydrated hair tends to have better elasticity, shine, and manageability. Drinking an adequate amount of water supports hair health and helps prevent dryness and dullness.
Nail Health: Hydration is also beneficial for maintaining strong and healthy nails. Dehydration can cause nails to become dry, brittle, and prone to breakage. By staying hydrated, you support the growth and strength of your nails. Sufficient hydration helps to nourish the nail bed, promoting proper circulation and providing essential nutrients to the nail matrix. Well-hydrated nails are less likely to split, crack, or develop ridges, leading to stronger and more attractive nails.
Overall Health: Staying hydrated is vital for your overall health and well-being. Water plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including digestion, circulation, and temperature regulation. It aids in the removal of toxins and waste products from the body, contributing to better overall health. When your body is properly hydrated, it functions optimally, which indirectly reflects on the health and appearance of your hair, nails, and skin.
To stay hydrated, it’s recommended to drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day. The exact amount varies depending on factors such as age, activity level, climate, and overall health. As a general guideline, aim for at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day, but adjust accordingly based on your individual needs. Additionally, consuming hydrating foods such as fruits and vegetables can also contribute to your overall hydration levels.
Eat a Balanced Diet
Eating a balanced diet is essential for promoting healthy hair, nails, and skin. The foods you consume provide the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that contribute to the overall health and appearance of these features. Here’s an elaboration on the importance of a balanced diet:
Nutrient Intake: A balanced diet ensures that you obtain a wide range of nutrients necessary for the health of your hair, nails, and skin. It should include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These foods provide essential vitamins, such as A, C, E, and B vitamins, along with minerals like zinc, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. Each nutrient plays a specific role in maintaining the health, growth, and vitality of your hair, nails, and skin.
Hair Health: Consuming a balanced diet that includes adequate protein, vitamins, and minerals is crucial for promoting healthy hair growth and preventing hair loss. Proteins, found in sources like lean meats, fish, legumes, and nuts, provide the building blocks for hair strands. B vitamins, such as biotin and folate, support hair cell growth and strength. Additionally, omega-3 fatty acids found in fish and flaxseeds can contribute to scalp health and promote shiny hair.
Nail Strength: Strong nails require a variety of nutrients to grow and maintain their integrity. Incorporating foods rich in biotin, such as eggs, nuts, and seeds, can strengthen brittle nails. Iron, found in sources like lean meats, spinach, and lentils, helps prevent weak and spoon-shaped nails. Including foods with zinc, like oysters, whole grains, and pumpkin seeds, promotes the synthesis of proteins needed for healthy nail growth.
Skin Health: A balanced diet plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and appearance of your skin. Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, such as berries, citrus fruits, and leafy greens, provide protection against free radicals and contribute to a youthful complexion. Healthy
Manage stress:Managing stress is vital for promoting healthy hair, nails, and skin. Chronic stress can have negative effects on these features, leading to hair loss, brittle nails, and various skin issues. Here’s an elaboration on the importance of stress management:
Hair Health: Prolonged stress can disrupt the natural hair growth cycle, leading to excessive shedding or hair loss conditions such as telogen effluvium or alopecia areata. Managing stress helps maintain a healthy balance in the body, reducing the likelihood of hair-related problems. Engaging in stress-reducing activities, such as exercise, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or pursuing hobbies, can contribute to a healthier scalp environment and promote optimal hair growth.
Nail Health: Stress can affect nail health, leading to nail-biting, brittle nails, or other nail disorders. Nail-biting, in particular, can weaken and damage the nails, making them prone to breakage and infection. Implementing stress management techniques can help break the cycle of nail-biting and promote healthier nail habits. Finding healthy outlets for stress, such as stress-relieving activities or seeking support from loved ones, can contribute to stronger and more resilient nails.
Skin Health: Stress has been linked to various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. During times of stress, the body releases stress hormones, such as cortisol, which can increase inflammation and exacerbate existing skin conditions. Additionally, stress can disrupt the skin’s barrier function, leading to dryness, dullness, and premature aging. Managing stress through practices like relaxation techniques, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep can help maintain a healthy skin balance and reduce the likelihood of stress-related skin issues.

How to Choose Hair, Nails, and Skin Supplements
Choosing the right supplements for your hair, nails, and skin can be a daunting task, considering the wide array of options available in the market. However, with a little knowledge and guidance, you can make an informed decision that will benefit your overall beauty and wellness. Here are some essential factors to consider when selecting hair, nails, and skin supplements:
Identify your specific needs: Assess your individual concerns and goals related to hair, nails, and skin. Are you looking to improve hair growth, strengthen brittle nails, or enhance skin elasticity? Identifying your specific needs will help you narrow down your options and choose supplements that target your desired areas of improvement.
Research key ingredients: Look for supplements that contain scientifically proven ingredients known to promote hair, nails, and skin health. Some common beneficial ingredients include biotin, collagen, vitamins (such as A, C, and E), minerals (like zinc and iron), omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. Understanding the role of these ingredients will help you make an informed decision.
Quality and Reputation: Ensure that the supplements you choose are from reputable brands known for their quality and adherence to good manufacturing practices. Look for certifications or third-party testing to validate the authenticity and safety of the products. Reading customer reviews and checking for recommendations from healthcare professionals can also give you valuable insights.
Dosage and Form: Consider the dosage and form of the supplements. Some nutrients are more effective when taken in specific doses, while others may require a combination of ingredients for optimal results. Pay attention to the recommended daily dosage and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, choose a form of supplement that suits your preference, whether it’s capsules, tablets, powders, or liquids.
Consider potential interactions: If you are currently taking any medications or have underlying health conditions, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplements. Certain supplements may interact with medications or exacerbate certain health conditions. Seeking professional advice will ensure your safety and avoid any potential complications.
Price and affordability: While quality should be a priority, it’s also important to consider the price and affordability of the supplements. Compare prices from different brands and find a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. Remember that supplements are a long-term investment in your health and beauty, so prioritize value over the lowest price.
Personal preferences: Take into account your personal preferences and lifestyle. Some people prefer vegan or vegetarian supplements, while others may have dietary restrictions or allergies to certain ingredients. Consider any specific preferences or requirements you have when choosing your supplements.
Remember, supplements are meant to complement a healthy lifestyle and diet, not replace them entirely. They work best when combined with a well-balanced approach that includes nutritious food, regular exercise, proper hydration, and good skincare habits.
Always consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before starting any new supplements, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant or breastfeeding. They can provide personalized advice based on your individual needs and help you make the best choices for your hair, nails, and skin health.
Conclusion
Investing in the right supplements can be a game-changer in your pursuit of glowing skin, strong nails, and healthy hair. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before introducing any new supplements to your routine, especially if you have underlying health conditions. By nourishing your body from within, you can unlock your natural beauty potential and radiate confidence.
