I can’t say I was disappointed, but neither was I ‘amazed’ at what it accomplished. The difference between the two was imperceptible as far as coverage. The big difference was the price, Perbelle at $44.00 vs Simply Ageless at $13.27 (Amazon). I think I’ll stick with Simply Ageless!

First of all, why would it take any time to create a label?
Secondly, it’s now been over a week and I still have no return label.
I reached out to the ‘founder’ of the company who sent me the nice welcome email and no response from him either. When I called the number to reach someone (on a Monday), the answering service said their office would be closed Monday and Tuesday. I will now be disputing the charge on my credit card since I have failed to get a response from them. They are a fraudulent company as far as I’m concerned. Their return policy is a scam and therefore, they are liars.

I sent texts, emails, and nothing. I got an email from the owner promoting another product, so I responded to that email and finally got a response from customer service. I explained I wanted a refund, and they told me the procedure was that I needed to use the return label they would email me or else I won’t get the refund. I mailed CC products back and emailed the customer service the tracking number. They received it on July 1, and on July 14, I had still not received my refund to my form of payment. I once again tried calling, no answer. I emailed customer service no response.
I texted no reply. By the end of the day no other information from them and still no refund. I texted them threatening to call the credit company to get a refund and that I would write a negative review, and they finally responded that they would look into it. I finally got the refund minus $9.00. on July 15. This is a terrible product and a terrible company.
